We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hampton Bay Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your bathroom vanities, outdoor furniture, or kitchen essentials, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective/incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Assembled Kitchen Cabinets (due to custom installation)
- Bathroom Exhaust Fans & Bath Fans (electrical components)
- Blinds Parts (small components)
- All products marked “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you of approval status.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply to large items like bathroom vanities or Adirondack chairs.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., bar stools or bistro sets):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your replacement item in your email
- We’ll process the exchange after receiving your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item (e.g., defective area rugs) or wrong product (e.g., incorrect blinds size):
