Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Assembled Kitchen Cabinets (due to custom installation)
- Bathroom Exhaust Fans & Bath Fans (electrical components)
- Blinds Parts (small components)
- All products marked “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] with your request using the template below:
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply to large items like bathroom vanities or Adirondack chairs.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of items like bar stools or bistro sets:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item (like area rugs with defects) or wrong product (such as incorrect blinds size):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
